GwenBLAKEWife of the late Jim Blake passed away peacefully at Riverview care home on 16th September 2014 aged 81 years. A very much loved Mum, Nan and Great Nan, she will be very much missed by her family and friends. Her funeral service will take place at Christchurch Church, Christchurch Road, Reading on the 8th October 2014 at 1.30pm followed by a burial at Henley Road Cemetery. Flowers welcome.
